Return Policy: Jason wants you to be happy, so if there is a quality assurance issue with an item you bought from Jason's Wood Creations, he will happily replace the item that is malfunctioning or defective with a very similar one, since items are usually very unique.
In the case of a clock mechanism that is broken, he will replace it by mailing you a new one and you can simply swap it out.
If minor periodic maintenance is required for an item--as is typically the case with cutting boards--Jason can walk you through the proper steps to refresh the item via email or telephone. If you need a board sanded and you prefer I do it, I can do that for you if you ship it to me.
Jason crafts quality items for a fair price, and believes that "the customer is usually right." You and Jason can work out whatever issue you're having if you are fair and reasonable. The bottom line is, if you are not happy with a product (and it's not merely due to normal use, such as knife marks accumulating on a cutting board's surface), Jason will make the situation right for you!
